They want to talk to a man who stepped out of his house around 6 am on November 8. He might have seen the girl in a red tracksuit and coat on Leopold Street, The Avenue, or Charnwood Street.
A man named Loid Cleetus, 38, was arrested and charged with serious offenses. He faces charges like intentional strangulation and sexual assault. He’s currently in custody and will appear in court again on May 6.
