Coventry: The first-ever McLaren Senna is making waves. This beauty is going up for auction, and it’s expected to fetch a jaw-dropping £1 million.

This 2019 model, with chassis number 0001, has only about 1,000 miles on it. It’s in fantastic shape! Under the hood, it packs a powerful 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine.

This beast can go from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds. That’s some serious speed! With 789 bhp, it can hit 124 mph in just 6.8 seconds.

Named after the legendary Formula One driver Ayrton Senna, this car is a tribute to his incredible legacy. He won three world titles before his untimely passing in 1994.

The Senna features a sleek Chicane Grey and Papaya Spark paint job. It’s set to be the star attraction at the auction on February 22 at Stoneleigh Park.

Iconic Auctioneers are ready for the big day. They’ve said the Senna had big shoes to fill, following the legendary F1 and P1 models.

But they believe it lives up to the hype. First shown at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, it was designed to be the fastest and most track-focused road car McLaren has ever made.

It’s truly a fitting tribute to Ayrton Senna, that’s for sure!
