After a successful run in 2024, he’s back to celebrate space travel. Tickets for his event go on sale Friday, January 24. Mark your calendars!
On Saturday, October 11, Tim will share stories from his six-month stay at the International Space Station. He was the first British ESA astronaut, which is pretty cool.
Becketwell Arena made the announcement on Facebook. They said, “Derby! We’ve got a truly out-of-this-world announcement for you.” Sounds fun, right?
Tim will discuss groundbreaking space missions. If you love space, this is your chance to ask questions and learn more!
This event is one of the first for the new £45.8 million venue. It’s set to open this spring and can hold 3,500 people. The first act announced was the 80s band Wet Wet Wet.
Expect over 200 events each year at the arena. It’s also expected to bring in 250,000 more visitors to Derby. Plus, they’re hiring 200 local jobs to help with all the events!
